What is the refund policy?
If a digital product has a defect, is corrupted, cannot reasonably be accessed, or materially fails to work as described, contact support@supportkit.ordermystarr.net within 30 days of purchase. We will review the issue and may provide a corrected file or another reasonable fix. If it cannot be resolved, we will consider a refund through the original checkout platform, subject to its procedures and applicable law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
